This product is not cheap, but neither is my time. This has been the worst customer experience ever. I understand they don’t want to send a technician over, yet they want to send me a new pc a month later. I got a lemon, I don’t want anything free, I just want to return this piece of junk which has not worked for me but a couple of weeks out of 3 months. The times I have got through, there is usually somebody who isn’t listening to you, just reading off a teleprompter. Their customer has too many different people who don’t communicate with one another. It’s hard getting through their customer service line which at times is automated and Friday wouldn’t allow me to speak to anybody because I couldn’t get through the automated service. Now they are offering to send me a new one which won’t get here for another month. Nothing has worked, I’ve spent countless hours with them on phone troubleshooting, even reinstalling windows twice and the pc still doesn’t work. After the first troubleshooting with their tech team, the pc worked a few days then started resetting itself again. The first of what would be many calls, tech team had had me do different things to troubleshoot. After a couple of weeks, the computer would reset itself and go to the blue screen. I recieved a desktop a couple months ago.
